happy 2023 - at which geo level - nation city tech alumni do lives mater advances action

I am asking this question as i want to connect with any civil societies that want to cooperatively leap forward especially around changeteacher - a yera long inquest hosted by Guterres and relevant to integrating place benchmarking around digital roadmapping UN 2.0 - this movement came about in 2016 when the 17 UN sustainability dev goals had been launched but 7 leaders mainly from education and tech sad=id we dont have the edtech processes to make these goals happen- after 7 years of work I believe maps of the processed needed are at un tech envoy but of course that means all is to play for which level of place government actually trusts which others to leap forward at the same time

Smart cities look exciting; I have to be up front that I dont have any funds if it is a membership organisation; also there are rather a lot of smart city networks and I am not uptodate; for exsmple some of jonhn kiehls MIT friends were at the origin of smart cities that connected around 3d printing;  and it seems that ecah tech eg AI, blockchain, virtual reality as well as applications fintech, healthtech, edtech greentech criss crosses making maps quite lot of work; also I am interested in specific twins to NY eg I am intereted in the mayor of tokyo said she want to come over and benchmark with the mayor of new york as 2 cities that could share so much; also before coivid the new school was well connecetd between many mayios but I have heard during covid new school had to make quite a lot of cuts; I expect there is someone more knowledgable than me -one of the challenges is the un is linking smart governments under a framework that suddenly makes sense to me; there are probably multiple leading smart city networks and I am not uptodate with their owners motivations- to add to this china has been sort of thrown out of several networks even though there are issues like infrastructure where I remain huge fan of aiib leaders - did you ever make your own view of  Jil Liqun https://www.aiib.org/en/about-aiib/governance/senior-management/index.html --- i guess harvey also has views of where places or at least their students are helping each other- i always try and make sure networks I spend time in do get through with at least some knowhow that youth can cooperate around
