why did 5 decades of moores law and silicon valley  investment fail edutech 1 2 3 & last mile health:  with brave exception of soros did any of americas top 1% richest who own more than 40% poorest get down to community level to value exponential risks everybody needed protecting from?

1984 NM friends of adam smith at The Economist published the 2025 report. education or catastrophe- which way ahead would civilization go? humansai.com- What joyful futures could humans web and mobilise? - eg chap 6   7   8

-whether you date natures final evolutionary exam's deadline as 2020, 2025, 2030 matters not to me chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk - the point to mediate 40 years ago :a consensus of people who had studied smith-watt most systemically advised that if we didnt turn all of education, finance, health downside up- humans would irreversibly go the way of the dodo- exciting times for 3 generations grandparent, parents, youth to work on entrepreneurial revolution celebrating small enterprises start ups more than big orgs

will you help 90 year olds like george soros map history's future NOW
2020 is 260th year since scots adam and james started playing with steam engines and economies out of glasgow uni

- in 1945 a fifteen year old like soros viewing the world of BUDAPEST -the place that educated father of computing von neumann-  would conclude that the root cause of 2 world wars was how english speaking empires used machines to colonise about 3/4 of people including half human race on continent of asia with its land bridge some call the middle east to africa and europe a very complicated cultural intersection where most of the golden rule gods were also born-so he determined to grad at london school of economics before hopping across the pond to new york where he hubbed experts in preventing politicians in doing too much damage with paper currencies

2020 is 75th birthday of UN aimed at designing a world where all communities are thriving enough to give each girl or boy born a great chance at life
some say we have seen 6 human revolutions - 1 industrial, 4 post-industrial, 1 grounded in community post virus- when the un lauched sdgs in 2015 we started to survey 100 community views from changsha where mao was born to brooklyn where students celebrate medgar evers to  queens where trump was born to glasgow to dhaka to hong kong to geneva to qatar beijing, madrid (3 wise edu summits now bimonthly on zoom) to- depending what your community needed to build first -health try find kim in boston now..you need different info to stop ris exponentials from viralising and get back to goodwill skills and trade celebrating mother earth's diversity

back from future of 2025 report
It mapped an alternative end game to orwell's 1984 in which exponential rise in tech of connectivity ended badly. Could humans collaborate smartly? 36 years on the debate continues - 2020 washington dc Until my last breadth I value HG Wells bon mots: civilisation is a race between education and catastrophe.. who's sustainability alumni who? Soros Abed Botstein Jim Kim... Gandhi Maria Florence Adam von neumann einstein . who do you vote your kids linkin

The scariest thing about tv/video is unless you are a giant like JFK you dont get popular approval in politics by loving each others people -ich bein ein berliner  i love what Japan engineered after 1950....

test of courage to love other peoples culture
Back in 1984 as jobs appled and gates microsofted personal computer networking, we were inspired by the great grandfather of today's multi billionaires George Soros who was confident that the cold war could end and the berlin wall would fall before the end of the 1980s. That needed a lot of preparing trust across Europe but if ever his home nation hungary and neighbors were to be free to develop their own cultures, 1980s was the time to multiply goodwill across the old world's most tragic borders

To blossom as best of times instead of worst : by the start of 21st c every person needed to see greatest risk to sustaining our species is discrepancies in incomes and expectations of rich and poor nations.

Could we design globalization and human goodwill around this onecore goal- then it could  be linked into more goals - eg the UN's 8 of millennials, 17 of sdg generation but only if new media helped students and teachers celebrate goal 1as  even more famous and joyful to heroise than any pop or sports superstar eg www.kobe.mba www.musicforsdgs.com

To achieve this moores law 100 fold acceleration of tech would need  a sea change in education as well as health and finance..The purpose of satellite communicatons' death of cost of distance and mobilising  apps for everyone to access  at the same time would need to include celebrating the growth of each others children. Millennials needed to unite in celebration of the ideology that wherever the next girl or boy was born she was safe to have a chance to thrive through life because every community was mapped to linkin mother earth's diversity sans frontieres.

This idea, some call entrepreneurial revolution. wasnt new- it started  in 1760 at glasgow university around 2 scots - james watt who invented engineering and adam smith who some read up on to explore the moral purpose of transparent markets and transparent value chains designed to sustain win-win trades between places and peoples.
The Economist was foundei by London Scot James Wilson in 1843 to mediate a 83+ year update of smith's world of trade. It engaged royal society and queen victoria in sensing her job was to change how england's parliament/constitution operated from slave trading to commonwealth. James died trying to roll back indian raj 1860 in calcutta. His son in law 2nd editor walter bagehot continued james purpose.
Try as Walter might,  - the british empire turn to commonwealth occurred  too slowly to prevent 2 world wars. The pound as central operating mechanism of the world economy was bust- the american dollar took over.

Americans twice saved the old world from war and took on the task to prevent nuclear war. All but ussr looked amazingly on purpose at birth of united nations san francisco 1945. extraordinary revolutions multiplying human health and wealth had emerged as jfk announced the 1960s would be the moon race decade.

Larry brilliant, a young medic from detroit, whose first job in 1960s was to be the medic touring with the boy band wavy gravy  writes  as the band took a holiday with their favorite consciousness guru in the afhgan hills- "even in these remote landlocked places with no access to electricity grids the gossip is no human mission will be impossible once moon landing is doable . Larry went on to practice epidemiology across asia- when it might have been time for him to retire in the silicon valley region he was appointed as google.org first ceo to help implement his idea that digital maps and apps would be needed to prevent worlds greatest risks including plagues from spreading
